Individual Therapy (In-Person or Virtual)
Individual Therapy sessions give you the opportunity to connect in a deeper way to yourself and your values. Together, we will co-collaborate to create a safe and therapeutic relationship where your experiences can be held and witnessed by someone who is holding you in the highest respect and the most compassion.
Through our work together, we will navigate the complexities of your unique journey, fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth.At the heart of my practice is the belief that true well-being encompasses a holistic approach. Which includes working, not only with emotions and thought patterns, but also how stress or trauma can present itself in the nervous system and body.

Child & Youth Therapy (Play Therapy)
Child-centered play therapy is a research-supported, non-directive approach that honors the innate wisdom and healing potential of each child. In a one-on-one setting, we create a safe, supportive space where children can freely express themselves through play.
Sessions are entirely child-led and centered around the child’s unique interests and pace. Through engaging with carefully selected toys and materials, children explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This process supports emotional integration and helps build the inner resources they need to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
Play therapy is typically for children up to age 11.
