Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy sessions give you the opportunity to connect in a deeper way to yourself and your values. Together, we will co-collaborate to create a safe and therapeutic relationship where your experiences can be held and witnessed by someone who is holding you in the highest respect and the most compassion.

Through our work together, we will navigate the complexities of your unique journey, fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that true well-being encompasses a holistic approach. Which includes working, not only with emotions and thought patterns, but also how stress or trauma can present itself in the nervous system and body

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy invites you to explore what your body may be carrying, from chronic stress and emotional tension to trauma, shutdown, and overwhelm. Using approaches such as grounding, somatic tracking, breath, and gentle movement, we'll work together to help you reconnect with your body's natural capacity for regulation and healing.

These sessions offer space to slow down, become more aware of your internal experience, and gently shift long-standing patterns. Over time, this can foster a greater sense of ease, resilience, and connection with yourself.

Extended sessions (75 to 90 minutes) are available for those who benefit from more time to settle into the work, process emotions, and integrate what emerges. Because healing often happens at the pace of the nervous system, these longer sessions create the space for deeper exploration without feeling rushed.

EMDR Therapy

During an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) session, we'll focus on helping your brain process distressing experiences, whether recent or from the past, in a way that reduces the emotional intensity they continue to carry.

Together, we'll work with specific memories, emotions, or beliefs using EMDR techniques, allowing your brain to reprocess these experiences without needing to relive them in detail.

EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, relationship and attachment wounds, and deeply held negative beliefs. Over time, many clients notice they feel more grounded, less emotionally reactive, and better able to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Child & Youth Therapy

Child-centered play therapy is a research-supported, non-directive approach that honors the innate wisdom and healing potential of each child. In a one-on-one setting, we create a safe, supportive space where children can freely express themselves through play.

Sessions are entirely child-led and centered around the child’s unique interests and pace. Through engaging with carefully selected toys and materials, children explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This process supports emotional integration and helps build the inner resources they need to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Play therapy is typically for children up to age 11.

Consultation Call

A free therapy consult gives us the opportunity to chat about what you’re looking for in therapy. Here we can explore if it’s a good fit before beginning the therapeutic relationship.

It’s brave to take this step in putting yourself first. You can use this opportunity to ask questions, share what your therapy goals are, and find out more about what therapy can offer.

Look forward to connecting!

“You are worthy of the time it takes to do things that heal your heart.”
